We are a growth-stage firm that acquires equity interests in companies that produce content with global reach, own compelling intellectual property, create enabling technology platforms and possess strong brand potential. We invest in companies experiencing significant near-term growth driven by exponential increases in content demand.
We focus on a sweet spot in the market — companies with strong revenues that are past early-stage risk and in a sector that hasn’t attracted traditional venture capital. We help these companies substantially increase their value through EBIT growth and multiple expansion accomplished through revenue increases, programming diversity, acquisition, material cost reductions and more.
